Likewise, Head of Medical Good Doctor Adhiatma Gunawan said the company would patch various service deficiencies when it was just normal. “We will also always develop features. Love impacts on health,” he said.

Telemedicine Became a Service that is Widely Used by the People during the Pandemic

Good Doctor transactions also surged during the pandemic, even reaching 10 times. Many users want to find information about the spread of COVID-19 on its platform.

Telemedicine is indeed considered to be able to prevent transmission of the coronavirus from patients to medical personnel and vice versa because consultation or diagnosis is carried out without physical interaction.

Platform services are no longer just a consultation and diagnosis of a patient’s disease. The platform also provides a coronavirus risk check service to users.

The Ministry of Health had previously collaborated with Halodoc and Good Doctor as part of the ecosystem of telemedicine development in Indonesia to handle the pandemic.
