Belifitt Startup Presents Healthy Lifestyle Education during PPKM

This application of a healthy lifestyle is being intensified by Belifitt, an application startup, which focuses on equitable distribution of healthy lifestyles.

A healthy lifestyle is an important part of everyone’s lifestyle, which can help prevent chronic diseases and physical disorders in the long term. Having a healthy body too, will support daily activities and avoid various diseases.

Belifitt’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Dea Lutfianto said that actually everyone has the same rights and abilities to live a healthy lifestyle. For this reason, Belifitt is presented in Indonesia, to help Indonesian citizens to adopt a healthy lifestyle with one click.

“We hope that with Belifitt’s presence in Indonesia, both men and women, all ages from young to old, all professions can implement a healthy lifestyle with one click. Of course, this will also have a positive impact on the national health level,” Dea said, Sunday (18/7/2021).

The Belifitt startup itself, was founded in 2020. The company is fronted by five young people, namely Dea Lutfianto, Yodi Saputro, Fanisa Dyastari, dr. Widya Dwi Agustin and Habibi Wijaya.

The company, which is based in Bekasi, continues to improve its performance. Even today, they are in the development of an integrated application.

Even when the development of this integrated application is complete, he and the other Belifitt founders hope that there will be an even distribution of healthy lifestyles.

“Because everyone can be integrated, in an application starting from the food source. For example, if someone doesn’t have time to cook, we have diet catering and online coaching for their sports programs,” said Belifitt in their official statement.

Easier Way for Healthy Lifestyles

According to him, everyone actually has the same potential, to implement a healthy lifestyle. “The problem is whether you want to or not. Unlike before, now living a healthy lifestyle is easier with the help of technology,” he said.

He said, in the past, many people had difficulty implementing a healthy lifestyle, because of various problems. Such as the lack of information, the difficulty of getting healthy diet foods to the difficulty of reaching sports centers.

“Currently all these problems can be answered, with just one click on the cellphone. For example, with our Belifitt, various supports are available to implement a healthy lifestyle such as groceries, diet catering, online coaching and so on,” he said.

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, maintaining your immune system is very important. Therefore, it needs proper nutrition and hydration for the body, such as eating fresh and unprocessed foods.
