Startup Telefast and Karir.com Signed Cooperation Agreement on HR Solutions

Two startups offering human resources solutions, Telefast and Karir.com, recently collaborated to optimize the needs of job seekers. Startup Telefast as known as PT Telefast Indonesia Tbk (TFAS), a subsidiary of PT M Cash Integration Tbk (MCAS), signed a joint Human Resource solution with PT Karir Komunika Pratama (Karir.com).

This signing marks the beginning of a collaboration between the two parties to further facilitate and optimize the needs of job seekers and various labor search companies. Forms of cooperation are partnerships in terms of product marketing. There is also the collaboration between both parties’ services.

In this case, Karir.com synergizes with a variety of services owned by Telefast, such as the HRKU Application, Job Portal Application Bilik Kerja, and outsourcing providers. As a digital startup provider of Integrated People Solution, a total solution for managing and developing HR digitally and integrated is offered.

Telefast provides a means to facilitate all HR activities through the HRKU Application, which is the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Application. On the other hand, Job Portal Application Bilik Kerja is a platform that provides access for talented job seekers to be able to access desired job opportunities.

Job seekers can find employment based on types of work, hours of work, and location. Bilik Kerja bridges job seekers and providers with easier, quicker, and more flexible services. Meanwhile, Telefast’s outsourcing service is designed to help companies find professionals, so they can focus more on developing its core business.

The Collaboration Aims to Increase Brand Awareness of Telefast and Karir.com

Telefast Managing Director, Jody Hedrian, said that today’s business world tends to emphasize speed and accuracy to respond to the market needs. This trend requires companies to be more dynamic and increase their effectiveness as well as the efficiency of the company in finding the right talent.

Then, in finding the right companies, job seekers need one that suits their talent. “We want to play more roles to help productivity and provide convenience for them,” he said. This collaboration is very good to accelerate market penetration and increase brand awareness of services from Telefast and Karir.com.

Currently, it is reported that 50,000 companies are listed on Karir.com. “We hope that Telefast can be a solution in the management of the HR of these companies. Besides, for 7,000,000 job seekers who have registered with Karir.com, it will be easier to find work in various fields.”

The Collaboration May Add Value to Both Telefast and Karir.com Services

We provide appropriate and affordable services for them.” The existence of this collaboration, he said, is expected to be able to provide additional value.

Meanwhile, after holding an initial public offering (IPO), Telefast has attracted more prospective investors. “We have had some discussions before we explained the business prospects via teleconference to investors. After the IPO, we have a chance to be better known,” Jody explained.

“Investors are interested when they know the potential for developing HR applications in Indonesia. Due to the large population, the development is different from other countries,” he said. More interestingly, Telefast has become one of a few startups to be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
